Where can I find the tracking number? Why my tracking status does not show?

After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. This may take up to 48 hours.

We will usually take 2-5 business days to get your item boxed and shipped. Once it ships, you will receive a second e-mail with your tracking number. Copy and paste your tracking number into the form above to follow your package's journey.

Please be aware that it may take from a few hours to more than one day until the system run & update the shipment tracking status. Each time the package is scanned, a new status appears in the tracking system. In very rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your Order will be processed as soon as your payment is authorized and verified. Please allow 7-20 business days (varies by location) for the delivery.

After few days, If you have no update after your package reaches your destination's country (or airport), kindly contact your local post office/Courier and provide your tracking number for immediate assistance on delivery/collection point.

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete BEFORE you submit your order. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure faster & safer delivery.
  • Delivery time does not include the seller's handling time (2-5 Business days) and includes normal weekdays (Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in delivery time estimates).
  • Some deliveries may take 2-5 weeks due to Customs clearance and strict Inspection. Customs clearance normally takes a matter of minutes or hours but please be aware that we do not cover nor can we be held responsible for delays or charges due to customs/taxes.
