We source our products from global merchants and suppliers all over the world. This enables us to bring the best quality products and pass on competitive and affordable prices to you. Different shipping companies are used including Royal Mail, DPD, FEDEX, USPS, EMS and DHL.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. The best available shipping method will be calculated at checkout.

Orders over £50 qualify for Free ground shipment within the UK. This option may be subject to alteration in cases of returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

The shipping should take less than a week for domestic delivery. However, often times we run low and stock or the item has to come from abroad and wait times may be 2-5 weeks. For international orders, we often see delivery times between 7-20 days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us a message on our Contact Us page or open a ticket through your JazzyGoods dashboard for the fastest resolution. Our support team shall quickly update you on the delivery.

 

Yes! Orders can be tracked here. All tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available. It may take from a few hours to more than one day until the tracking system is updated.

Alternatively you can log into your account and go to order history to retrieve your tracking ID. Please note, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. If you order more than one item, you may receive different tracking numbers once quality checks completed.

 

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the globe. However, there are some locations where we may encounter some trouble to ship to. If this happens in any case, and you are located to that country, we will certainly contact with you.

 

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order is not already shipped, we may be able to update the address. Because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, all our items are usually processed immediately and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping stage, we won't be able to revert it.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame, please make sure your address is complete and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

 

If you have not yet received your order by the estimated delivery date, before contacting us to ask about your package please check the following:

 
  • Enter your tracking number to check the progress of your order(s).
  • Make sure the entered delivery address is correct and complete, and your contact details are up to date.
  • This is relatively rare, but check if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's local post office or customs department directly and ask that they release/deliver your items immediately.
  • Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Contact your local courier’s warehouse. Usually, courier companies make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver the package, but on different days. If nobody is present at the address when the courier driver arrives, the package will most likely be returned and stored in your courier’s warehouse for 5-7 days and you can pick it up directly from there.
 

If you still cannot locate your order and you are certain that it isn't with a neighour or another member of your household, please contact us and we will investigate further.

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days since your purshase for a full refund or replacement (stock permitting). Please contact us first to assist you through the process. We are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement.

We accept payment options from our secure payment gateway PayPal and Stripe. These payment gateways are a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. You can checkout as a guest and use your Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or checkout with your account and use your available balance.

PayPal and Stripe have an anti-fraud money back guarantee policy. Your hard-earned money is in secure hands and you can trace the status of your payment at any time. This also means that should a refund be necessary our payment gateway can also complete the refund.

 

The default currency depends on your location, but anyone can buy in any currency. You can change the currency of your search using the currency selector at the top of our homepage. We set prices using an exchange rate that is updated daily to make our prices as competitive as possible.
