A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS - UPDATED 06/04/2020

Dear JazzyGoods Customer,

As things stand today, most government, including the UK, announced the closure of all non-essential shops, and further measures to keep people at home. As a distributor of health and safety items we are considered to be providing a key service and thus all production and fulfillment is still operational.

We are continuing to take orders but are experiencing unprecedented demand on many of our stock lines and it is impacting our ability to process orders and respond to messages as quickly as we would like. We also have reduced staffing as several of our workers have had to stay home with children or are considered high risk.

Added to this we are also experiencing some volatile mail delivery times - Royal Mail and courier services are also under severe strain due to increased volumes of home delivery items going through their systems. If your order has been shipped and has not yet been delivered it is probably due to a delay in the mail service. If you do not receive your order after the estimated delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please be assured that our teams are currently working flat out to deliver your order, but we are unable to provide individual updates to every customer. You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched and where appropriate there should be tracking information.

Emails and other communication services are exceptionally busy at this time. If you have contacted us and not yet had responses please accept our apologies - we are doing our best in a very testing environment.

Your satisfaction is paramount and as such we are here to help with any delivery issues you encounter. Our staff are working flat out to process orders, pack and ship, and respond to your questions, all being mindful of home working and social distancing. You can be assured we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
